Talent Leadership in Action (TLIA)

October 08, 2019
London, England

Our quarterly talent leadership event hosted at the Shard London brings together the brightest senior leaders in talent to talk WHAT’S NEXT in the future of work, challenge talent perceptions, and enjoy some of the best views in the capital.

At KellyOCG we #DitchTheScript on the issues that matter. This means that we don’t tread the same old talent ground. We don’t rehash the conversations you have heard before. We look at the challenges we face as an industry in a new light. Partnering with extraordinary speakers to spark conversations and debate that lead to fresh ideas.

This interactive event starts at 09:30 and runs through to 13:00. It is followed by a networking lunch.

Come prepared to be challenged. To connect with old faces and new. To think differently around the biggest challenges in talent.

Come for the big views, stay for the big ideas.

Leading Transformation: Become an Agent for Change in your Organisation

Change is disruptive. It’s painful. It can cause all of your carefully balanced spinning plates to come crashing to the ground. But it’s also vital for any organisation to grow and evolve – particularly when it comes to your talent function. At our upcoming TLIA event in London, we will be exploring how you can embrace change in talent and successfully lead transformation in your organisation.

Our opening speaker is the wonderful Hema Bakshi, Chief Workplace Officer at Adoptt. Hema will be setting the stage for all things change. Learn the essential skills you need to drive change in your business and discover how to disrupt rather than be disrupted.

Next up is Holly Smith, Chief Culture Vulture at Dr. Martens. Holly will share the powerful story of her organisation’s transformation following significant threats to their unique identity back in 2013.

Finally, we will hear from TLIA veteran Gemma Lines, Global Head of Growth, Learning and Recruitment at MS Amlin. Gemma will be chatting to our own Tom Ilic, sharing stories from her experience dealing with people-focused change.
