His 18 years of experience in human resource management, talent acquisition, deployment and retention, marketing and business operations, and his wide international exposure, allows him to be a talent partner who demonstrates a deep understanding of workforce solutions across different geographies to deliver talent management and workforce solutions with a truly global perspective.

A CIPD Chartered Human Resource professional with extensive international experience in the areas of HRM and marketing operations, AmaR previously held global P&L roles responsible for setting up talent management, key account management and recruitment operations for multiple country cost centres across the former USSR, Asia and Europe within high paced, complex and sensitive industries such as Oil and Gas, Engineering Services and Financial Services. He had been based in Aberdeen, UK and Atyrau in Kazakhstan, managing the entire talent management cycle for an engineering consultancy and project management services company catering to the Oil and Gas industry in the Caspian (Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan), ASEAN (India, Thailand), Africa (Nigeria) and Europe (UK, Norway).

His specialities are talent acquisition solutions, sales and marketing operations, key account management, HR operations and management, global recruitment and training, customer care management, business development, strategic resourcing, retention, employer branding and change management.
